Very worst experience ever faced. Reached 15mins before boarding time. Was informed from the office that the bus was late and will reach by 4.30pm. But till 4.55pm the bus didn't come and no proper response received from their office staffs
Took 11:30 AM bus from Trichy to Chennai travel time as per schedule 4:30 hours but they took 6 hours that is normal travel time , but dont know why they mansion travel time 4:30 Hours , bus came 15 minutes late as it' operate from Madurai. seat are ok.
