S R Comforts - Hotel in Bengaluru - Bengaluru Urban, India

We missed our flight at Bangalore Airport and a very kind taxi driver brought us to Sr comforts at 5 AM (!). The 24 hour service is great. We got a clean big room for a very reasonable price. The service was very good dispite the the time. Thank you very much for your effort and the good service. We really recommend this place for everyone searching for a reasonable stay over. The taxi ride is about 15 minutes from the airport.

Friendly and Helpful staff. Inspite of us reaching the hotel at 1100 pm. They made arrangements to get us food. Called the caterer immediately and got fresh food. The guests were elderly, so promptly placed them on the ground floor. The room was fine, clean sheets, can improve. Bathrooms were clean. Would recommend again.

Well behaved staffs, Efficient parking space, Neat & clean room & bathroom. But the heater wasn't working in the bathroom, No extension in the room to contact reception. Had TV but no channels. Wifi got connected in the beginning then disappeared, staff couldn't fix that despite complaining. The Hotel Elevator had some problems. Breakfast wasn't there neither no food for guests. You have to go out and eat. I stayed there for one day.

I am very happy to write a review to this hotel probably the best hotel I have experienced at this low cost. I booked this hotel because I was not well and was not able to go to my place(3 hours from airport) at Bangalore from the airport late in the night because of my fever and bad throat. Here are the positives which I felt : 1. Staff is very nice an co operative. Although the hotel was on the highway itself (30-40 m inside) ; I was not able to find it out. I called the reception and to my surprise the receptionist guy came on bike so that I would not keep on searching the hotel. 2. Quality of rooms was awesome. I would say much better than the pictures shown here. Everything was easily available. It feels like fully furnished 2BHK serviced apartment. 3. It is very near to airport. Great hotel to stay for airport transits. All I can say is i would love to stay there again. I recommend this hotel to all the people who want to stay near the airport.

Very well ventilated and spacious room ideally suited for those who enjoy calm and quite and pollution free environment.Fully furnished with attached common sitting -cum-dining room.Ideal for holidaying with friends and family. Tariff is very reasonable. Food & drinks not matching with the standard. Also difficult to get transport to Airport during odd hours. Most of the Ola & Uber travels refused pick up at 4 am.

Nice place for family. I'd booked two rooms and I was given a 2BHK accommodation. It was nice for a joint family experience. The place did not have internet in the floor I was in. I had to come to ground floor to use the reception's WiFi. Complementary breakfast wasn't that great. Locality and rooms were clean.

Would have given a better rating, however... No hot water in spite of informing that I would leave early. Early for them is 5:15am...seems hot water is switched on at 5:30am...No airport shuttle although they book an Ola cab.. Who charge more by asking for additional money as they don't want to wait in airport.. Seems the guys managing are trying hard to make a quick buck... The room was clean.. Mattress was good and ample supply of cold water

Hotel staff is good but the service boys are not professional. When I asked for drinking water he is providing only mineral water saying that they have no normal drinking water. Then next day while contacting the staff, we got to know that water was available but that service boy didn't provide. Food here is good. Complimentary breakfast available. Full 24 hrs hot water. They provide only bath towel and no soaps. Room is nice with hall, bedroom and kitchen. Nice ventilation with balcony. No shops nearby but center for going airport and yelhanka station. Around 20-25 mins drive to airport.
