The worst experience after visiting a hospital, I went for treatment for groin pain; the duty doctor named Divin misdiagnosed it as a UTI and gave me medicines even though the urine test for bacterial infection came back negative. I suffered from frequent urination, consulted with several other doctors, and lost more than 7,000 rupees. Never go to this worst hospital with idiot doctors.

Very waste experience nursing staff they don't know how to treat the patient. No hand hygiene nothing . Reception people are very horrible persons. Worst service. Only that paediatric doctor is very good

Pediatric section is so good , Dr. Madhu Pillai is leading this section. Lack of Parking area. I think rear side(west) of hospital can use as parking area but access should be open from north side of hospital new building. Reasonable rate, I have a suggestion, tress work is to be done in front of new building this may be helpful for patients coming to hospital in 4 wheeler.

The nurses are horrible in this hospital. I request everyone not to go to this hospital if you care about your loved ones . These nurses working here doesn't know the basics of hand hygiene that will make everyone sick. They are simply carrying infections from one patient to another because of their negligence. So arrogant nurses. I had to go to this hospital when my five year old child was sick. One of the senior nurse who was on duty on 10/05/2023 at 04:30 pm inserted cannula in very unhygienic condition without even wearing gloves. when I asked one of the nurse to wear gloves while handling blood she refused it. then later my child was admitted in room 21 on the same day itself. I notice every time nurses are handling iv cannula for medication and labs without gloves. two days i was requesting all the nurses to wear gloves or follow hand wash as baby was having high grade fever and no one listened to my words. then I told one of the nurse not to give injection without hand washing. on the 12th morning around 1100 am one of the nurse came to give antibiotic , her file was opened and I saw that medicine which she was about to give was signed already as given at 0800 hrs. when i asked the nurse why medicine was documented as it was given while still not given, and she left the room without a word. after 10 minutes another nurse came to room and started shouting at me saying thats all the nursing care they can give now , she had shouted and asked me get admitted in another hospital for better treatment . i was shocked how dare these nurses to behave like this. she then opened her file and showed me documentation as medicine was signed in different time . I was 100% sure that she came to room after changing the documentation. she continued to shout and screaming in the room for no reason which made my child to become panic and my child started crying. we supposed to get discharge in the evening at 5pm after the last dose antibiotics. but then doctor couldn't give the last dose as the morning antibiotic was given already late at 11am so next dose cannot be given at 5pm. Doctor madhu said that she will discharge my child at 5 pm but then the last dose of antibiotics cannot be given before as the morning dose given late. These all happened because of the negligence of the nurses at SN hospital . very bad and arrogant nurses there who doesn't even know the basics of nursing. none of the nurses at SN hospital kadapra deserve to be a nurse.

The nurses they weren't know how to perform injection administration under clean manner .in the injection room the nurse placed the loaded medicine directly to the table They don't know to place the loaded medicine to a clean tray . Pathetic nursing care . The dr madhu was good and the way of talking, consultation, everything was good . But the other staffs wat kind of professional standards and mannerisms

Nurses are too much in this hospital. Giving injections to the patient without proper hand hygiene. Never seen any of them washing hands before giving injection or they never wear gloves for IV cannulation. Also using the same BP cuff and thermometer for everyone without sanitizing them. Found that they are checking the temperature by keeping the thermometer in the axilla and using the same thermometer to another patient without cleaning.

I had a bad experience yesterday night ( 25-12-2022 at 1Am) My 6 months old baby started crying and showing severe discomfort and I ran to SN hospital emergency department , I am really sad to say that nobody was there in the emergency department,reception and even doctor's consultation room. I saw one lady sitting in the pharmacy, again bad to say that she was not even mind me holding with this 6 months baby.. Am a nurse by profession and I can't even think how can a medical professional can sit like she did yesterday night. Very bad experience

Very bad experience. For an emergency situation, they just discarded the symptoms as something which are exaggerated by the pt. The illness wasn't properly diagnosed and the pt was immediately taken to Parumala hospital and she got proper care and treatment. Will never ever visit this hospital.
