It's nice departmental store, most of the grocery,kitchen and other item available with reasonable prices. Very much discount in organic products here. Staffs are very loyal and respected wid customer! A good shopping Hub for middle class customer.

They have a good range of groceries, and when staying in Gangtok for longer, it is a good option (also visit Reliance, as their range is somewhat different, and together you have a good selection of groceries). Location of S-Mart on Google maps is incorrect (as of April 2023); unfortunately this is a common thing with Google maps outside of the West. But your local taxi driver will drop you off at the right place.

Parking problem. Peaceful place. Properly arrange all the goods. Price r reasonable as to normal. Quality is good, stationary ,grocery ,decorate, n other item found in single roof. All the best to S Mart for business.

A definite one-stop shopping destination in Gangtok. They probably have every item on your shopping list and the customer service is impeccable. You'd probably be in the store for a long time. Not because of the long checkout queues but because you'd be browsing through the varieties of products they stock! Definitely recommend shopping here!

Nice small place. Very handy as it's not a very big in area altogether. Also not very busy so quickly we are able to get what we want. People working there are helpful too. Recommended to all people living in the area to patronise.
