Despite having an appointment, I was made to wait for hours before receiving any medical attention. This not only caused inconvenience but also negatively impacted the overall experience and quality of care. Overall, my visit to S.M. Hospital in Ooty left a bitter taste in my mouth. The hospital's money-minded approach, exorbitant prices, lackluster service, and long waiting times were disheartening. I would not recommend this hospital to anyone seeking quality and affordable healthcare. It is crucial to prioritize patient well-being and compassion over profit margins, and sadly, S.M. Hospital failed to meet these expectations.
