Very good Doctor. Crowded place. Usual waiting time 45mins. You can take appointments before visiting. I have been visiting doctor Basha for last 10 years for my son and daughter. It is expanded with bigger one, from small clinic to hospital with other doctors. Now, with road expansion, building remodeling is happening. I am sure it will grow as a multi specialist hospital. The dentist Dr Basha is the best dentist I have ever gone to in my life. Totally painless and has an amazing attitude. Dr. Anjana his junior is very good and methodical as well

Doctor and appointment system is good. But the clinic needs to prioritise the high fever kids so that emergency cases are handled. We waited for hour and refered other hospital for admission but the whole process took 3 to 4 hours without treatment for kid.

Yesterday when I called for appointment, they said that phone booking time finished. You have to come personally to hospital and book for the appointment. The staffs are very tired and they are not responding and their treatment is not good. Finally after 3 hours of waiting with a high fever baby I entered into doctors room. And the doctor is so rude, no patience and restless. Blaming me what kind of mother you are..... I am very upset. It is may be I took my daughter for medication to the other hospital near his clinic. As the fever did not reduce I took to sm clinic. May be he is jealous why I have taken my daughter first to that hospital..... Even after checking with stethoscope he did not say the condition of the patient. I asked him how is my daughter.... shall we go for any investigation as the fever not reduced from past 10days..... no response and replied use the medicines. I came out of hospital around 10pm. Very bad treatment.

Very poor appointment management. Appointment booking starts by 4 PM through telephone and it is always busy since everyone calls at same time. The time we get the call through, they give appointment at 9:30 PM. Child is already feverish and cold and travelling at late night worsens the condition and also spoils the sleep time. The way the staffs behave is not acceptable but the blame should go to the management for making them behave like this. It's a hospital and you're not treating for free for us to call exactly at the time you want us to. Allow online appointment so that we can book at our convenience during emergency.

Yesterday, we went to the hospital to put vaccine for my baby. There is no separate queue for vaccine and consultation. We are waiting more than 2 hours but there is no proper response from the staff. They don't tell anything. Kindly organize it.

Their is a big issue in appointment system ... they just have 1 number and it's always busy and when you can finally reach them the appointment are full... and don't even ask me about direct walkin ... you have to wait for atleast 2 hours ... with your child suffering from 102 fever ... doc is fine but it is a humiliation and panic scenario when your child is ill...

Pediatric doctor is good doctor. He is very friendly and diagnosis the problem correctly. But, the nurse staffs and medical in-charge girl not behaving properly. They don't give respect to the customers. Worst attitude. This gives type attitude problem bad name to that hospital only.
