Very satisfied with the service provided when my mom underwent a surgery under surgical oncologist Dr. Kirti Bushan and his team. Great support with psyotherapist and dietetians. Doctors, nurses and support staffs were very cordial. Also grateful to the international patient management team especially Ms. Swapna Shinde.

This is one of the few hospital where the staff cares about it's customers. I had some reception Inconvenience and they were quick to help me out. Eagerness to help was great and they are also engaged with employees customer training . Doctors are good anyways. Research them well before you visit. Call and check if the doc is available as often with appointments you won't be disappointed If you new there. Please ask for the rules if assumes you know everything . Example Follow up charges within 3 days is 0 And you must book appointment etc.

Highly recommend SL Raheja Hospital. My mother was admitted there for nearly three weeks and the hospital staff indeed made the experience pleasant. First of all, our heartfelt thanks to Dr. Sanjay Dudhat. He is extremely knowledgeable, efficient, pro-active and a man of great empathy. He always ensured that all pre and post surgical issues were attended to and fixed on time. He is a genuine multi-faceted personality and a real all-rounder with expertise in music, astrology and spirituality. He is really three personalities packed into one. Dr Shekhar Ambardekar was equally amazing. His calm, positive and light hearted way of talking to his patients helps the patients and their relatives be at ease. He was always there and always willing to answer all our queries. Immense thanks to him for always being there for us. Dr Vivek is also a very knowledgeable doctor who kept us duly informed and apprised of all the post operative challenges. His calm and composed demeanour helped us a lot. The sisters and cleaning staff in ICU and General Wards were extremely kind and helpful. Special mention to Radhika sister, Sheetal sister, Payal sister, Sindhu sister, Ritika sister and others for being so kind and making my mother feel so comfortable and at home during her three weeks stay at the hospital. Special thanks in order for administrative staff (Billing desk, TPA desk) and canteen staff for being so genuine and helpful. All in all, a really good experience at the hospital.

The hospital is pretty expensive. However the service is good. Things I didn't like: -the payment method is complex for international patients (maximum allows cash payment is 25k if you pay in Indian rupee. If you pay is USD it will be higher). Payment using cards is better for international patients. - there is a service desk for international patients called international patients lounge. However they work in favor of hospital not patients(in my opinion) - some diagnosis tests are expensive compared to other private hospitals in Mumbai - people in the account and payment sections were not friendly/ cooperative Things I liked: - most of the nurses and boys are very helpful - doctors are easy to access - hospital maintains a clean environment - food is fine (no non-veg options)
