S.K. Restaurant - Bengali restaurant in Bolpur - Birbhum, India

SK Restaurant is very popular in Bolpur. They serve a wide range of Bengali cuisine. The food was great and so was the ambiance. The service needs some improvement, rest assured, this place can subside your hunger crunch!!

I have rated 3 stars for the atmosphere as where it is located I feel that particular place is not safe for girls. This restaurant's atmosphere is good and safe. Food is awesome. We have tried basomati rice and dal fry. These were fabulous. Must try their other dishes also . Staff behaviour is good .

Food was absolutely fantastic. Chilli chicken, mutton dopianza and other stuff were good. The atmosphere was very basic. Clean but basic. We will definitely come back.

Food is great. Less number of Dishes but every item served is phenomenal in taste and no doubt the best in the whole Bolpur. However the environment is not at all good compared to the Club Central, a near competitor of it, and the service is also lacking some hospitality and hygiene. The portion size according to the price is too reasonable and somewhere more than expected. Two people can easily get full with one bowl of Chicken Noodles. So, for a quick tip, if you want a cosy and classy atmosphere with food, go to 'The Club Central'(More Price) and for the best food you can get, come to SK if you don't mind sacrificing the atmospheric aspect.

Great place for fooding with family and friends . Neat and Clean. But PRICE is slightly high in comparison with other Restaurants.

The food was pretty good. We ordered Butter Nun and Chicken Kasha. The Nun:( Bread )was extremely soft and pretty good in size. Chicken Kasha was not authentic but tasted good. We completed our meal with Masala coke which we saw many were ordering and it marked the end of a good dinner at SK. Their service was good but definitely holds opportunity to improve.

One of the oldest restaurant in bolpur. Located near jambuni bus stand. Ambience is very good. They have large seating capacity. Maintenance is good. Food quality is also good. Price little bit high but quantity justifying. Mutton dishes are delicious. Fried rice, chicken Manchurian, chicken schezwan these Chinese items are excellent. But, The main problem in this restaurant is, they don't have any menu card/ price chart in table, they give the menu card to you and once you ordered, they took it away. If you wish to order something again you won't get the menu card. This is very problematic. Behavior also should be improved. They don't have the proper manners. If Customers will expect a humble & sophisticated Behavior, they will disappoint.
