The staff provided exceptional care, the nurses were always attentive, the food was tasty, and the atmosphere was serene. Everyone, from the staff to the doctors, was friendly and took great care of me."

Personally I like the whole atmosphere.I received a excellent treatment and care from SH medical centre. Behaviour of nurse,doctors and other staff are good.Especially nurses in the ward are very friendly. Overall it was good..

It's a good hospital, I have consulted here more than twice for surgery and treatment is very satisfactory. Environment, service, treatment, canteen, detailing of the illness and treatment method etc I feel comfortable. Nurses and doctors are pleasent and they give attention to what we say. Parking facility in daytime needs to be increased. Rates for surgery seems to be big high. Altogether i feel comfortable here. Keep it up

The nursing staff with their kindness and friendly nature really attended me well and I deeply appreciate their service. Hope your management read the reviews. I had experienced good care at this facility and encourage the team to improve service. Nobody wants to spend two hours waiting to see a doctor. Instead of giving everyone that comes in a ticket, allocate a time for the patient to see the doctor. I had an appointment, but after 2 hours of waiting around they still had another 20 patients ahead of me. This appointment was for a Dermatologist physician. No one wants to get sick waiting at the hospital. I simply suggest making the check in online and then send a message when the patient can see the doctor (range of time is acceptable). Thanks

I got admitted for the past 8 days in SH Medical center.I consult Dr. Smitha and Dr. Anjali. I received good treatment from the medical team, especially from doctors and nurses.They give good attention to the patient..But the room I stayed first was not good. The bed is not comfortable for me and it cause backpain to me. I stayed in that room for 6 days. The door can't get locked, bathroom has issue. etc.. Later they shifted our room to T208.. I really liked the room.. Very clean, so comfortable. I am happy with their treatment procedure. Thanku SH
