I have a great experience with this gym, friendly trainers and mates, its affordable packages for all gents and ladies, ladies have separate equipments thats good, i took 6 months package, and spacial thanks to Mr. Sandeep he is best trainer and friendly manner. He also gave best diet Plan. I want to continue to this gym at long.

You can go if you are not beginners. Becoz no one will tell you and the trainers will be there for one or half an hour. Better to learn like a course if you want to do chest workouts you need to know upper,middle and lower chest muscle and their exercises like that so no one will guide you if you take normal training for personal training it's other case i don't know. So don't depend on others in gym knowledge especially because everyone has their own perspective and body structure and health issues. And mastrubation is the most key aspect while workout.i mean to avoid. Please keep it in mind if you are beginner.
