Just one small office to go and to book tickets at. No confusion, no running around. And you get the SBSTC buses right in front of the office, at the same place, without an extra mile to travel. People in the bus and on the counter are very cooperative, as till now, for my experience. Hope you have the same.
Just giving stars for punctuality and driving... It's pandemic right now but sbstc buses are running overcrowded.. Govt asked to take people as much as seat available..52 seats are available but buses are carrying nearly about 80 peoples at a time... Govt should look into this matter.. There is nothing like social distancing in sbsctc buses, u coluld least expect....
Excellent but only to say that backside of each seat be so designed that the passengers can keep their water bottle and waste materials
SBSTC Haldia Township is the last Bus Stop in the Haldia Township locality and all SBSTC buses terminate their journey here. People can use the services of SBSTC bus for going to different places in Purba Medinipur & Paschim Medinipur districts. The bus services of SBSTC are very quick, prompt and economical.
The staffs doesn't really cooperate. Not every staff but there are some. A small ticket counter which does not provide space for resting or shed. Has no access to food.
All good...just needs a proper rest room. It becomes very difficult for commuters to stand under the scorching sun especially in summer.
