Well, presently im staying here so I'm the right person to review it, first of all i would like to say its a well maintained mansion The rooms are clean and if not will be cleaned periodically Good sanitation facilities, bike parking facility, Then no power failure will occur, single rooms are spacious and well maintained. One interesting thing about this mansion is every room have 2 beds and you don't need pay any extra to accomodate one guest.. thats really cool... This mansion have security and cctv coverage. You don't have to worry about any kind of theft or any other things. Most of the rooms are occupied by proffessionals in different field.. One more important thing is this mansion is near to famous natchiyar koil trichy.. Thankzzz.....
Public toilet and charge is quite high Single occupation Rs 3400 and 2 sharing is 1700/-. Advance 6500 and 3500 respectively.
Good Parking Facility... Enough Space For 2 people per Room...Low Budget.. Peaceful Place...
It's only best cheap clean and good staff working mansion... simply super for every middle class and low class people
