welcome to you an apartment where you will be woken up at 4.30am by sounds of vessels banging and sounds of cooking - makes you wonder if you are sleeping inside the kitchen of hotel Sangeetha. this apartment is very low lying and prone to flooding. The surrounding is nasty with pigs having free run and slum dwellers using the lake bund as their open toilet. people here have no fear of law - you can see unauthorised floors being constructed in blatant violation of govt rules.

Quiet housing society in Medavakkam, Chennai. Well maintained & secure. The approach roads to it are in total disrepair and are quite terrible, what with garbage dumps strewn across and a free run for wild pigs! Yes, it's not the fault of the housing society as roads are supposed to be maintained by the state government. Just goes to show the sheer callousness, inefficiency and gross negligence on the administration's part, paying scant heed to the basic requirements of taxpayers.

The enroute isn't great, neither worse, it's in a very accessible location for ppl with own vehicles, these are some villa places converted to apartments hence it doesn't look like a multistorey but feels more of individual ones yet with a lot of neighbours around. It's a peaceful place to live by.

The roads to the appartment is not good very bumpy, also nearby area is surrounded by dump bushes. Water problem won't be. Safety is good. Mini park is decent.

I live here in rented apartment. Place is full of trees and its like row house type . which is kind of rare to find these days. Calm and peaceful place to live. But problem is vadakkupattu main road which has the worst roads in chennai. Its bumpy .despite of several complaints to Panchayat head or raising peititon in cmcell. Roads are not fixed for past 6 years. If you dont travel much outside this place is for you else stay away from this area. Authority in this area is worst. Good for nothing fellows
