S.A. Residency - Hotel in Mira Bhayandar - Thane, India

Location is too long from western express highway , but good for the mira bhynder people it's on road beside only , room are small as compared to other hotel room but food and service is good

Don't go on the pictures at all. what they've shown is a super deluxe room. The normal delux room is a like the size of a CHAWL. there are no amenities. Forget about having a water kettle. there is not even a single bottle of water included, atleast for even the 1st day of checkin. water bottle at a cost of 30 rs. Tea at the cost of 30 rs. which is literally like a baby cup. At the time of checkin, the manager strictly told me to book directly from them the next time I visit. I don't know what made him think I would. I stayed here for 6 whole days and on the 3rd day, my girlfriend and I wanted to have a guest over for just a couple hours for which again they asked extra amount of 800. the worst part is, i was out when I called them, and he called me back and asks if the guest is a male or a female. I felt very uncomfortable with this question but yet i answered and he still said there will be extra charge. The most unworthy and expensive stay I've ever had in Mumbai. While booking on mmt, i selected an option for early check-in. I do understand it's on an availability basis. I reached Mumbai at around 9 and called them at 10 to check for early check in. they said not available. I reached the hotel around 10:45 and asked again just incase. i was denied again and that was perfectly fine cause i understand the rooms may not be empty. after a min, the manager tells me, if you really need it, we can give you an early check-in but at an extra cost of rs. 800. The worst part is, they did not even have toilet paper to provide. I mean what hotel does not provide toilet paper. Worst ever. don't even think about it. you will definitely regret it and think about this feedback of mine.

Budget room for short periods! Overall experience was good!

It's a good hotel. No fuss and service is great. Hiked their prices a bit now.. as they revamped the place.. But it's a safe place and everything is on call.. from smokes to food etc.

Not bad. Staff is very nice and cooperative. Room is a little bit conjusted also bathroom is too small. Not completely worth the price. Also not all the rooms are of same size. My room we smaller than the photo shown. For me it was last minute booking so we had to go for whatever we found.

Extremely horrible experience, had booked a room online, before arriving at the place, even called and informed them that I am on my way to the place.. However upon arrival, they denied room availability, stating that, they entertain walk in customers first, and not online. And its none of their business that I booked online.. However when a room was given it was a room, where the Ac wasn't working, the TV wasn't working.. It was a spare room given, and had option.. Extremely rude staff.. Food price was high for no reason.. Overall the most horrible experience

Good Place for stay. Have small rooms but they were clean and maintained. Looking out for staying at a very calm place this is the one.

I would give 0 stars if there was any. And we entered and receptionist abused 3 of us girls. Very unprofessional mannerless staff.pathetic language. They don't know how to respect. Ppl
