Provided their fees.....its a pretty good gym....no ac...not much machines....but good for one's looking more of compound movements...u can train hardcore here....dumbell is max 30 kgs...which is an issue though
There is no coach I agree. However it is less crowded and has good machines and weights.u can select your own song. Not for beginners,but if u are trained, it's the best place at a very cheap cost. U can work without worry of giving up ur machine or weights. Go for it ,give it a try...
For ladies gym no proper equipments. Most of it doesnt work. Gyms are closed with no prior notice. Contact details of facilitator is not shared. You end up doing yoga as no equipments are required to do so.

It used to be a great gym a couple years ago now it has just broken equipments tied together and the fee is charged real crazily. Not recommended.
Awesome place for workout. They have very good instructor to guide you to achieve your personality as you want.
Worst Fitness Center in Balapur , no maintainence and Rude Trainer ... i prefer you guys to Visit Fitness freak better than This worst sam fitness center.

S Gym is a great place to workout if you are looking to lose weight or bulk up. Satish who is the manager cum trainer is very friendly and focuses on members individually providing good guidance on exercises and diet.
