Ryan Resort - Resort hotel in Bhuj - Kachchh, India

Our stay here was quite miserable. Despite prior notification, Jain food was unavailable, and the service was exceptionally poor. The absence of towels, spoons, and glasses went unaddressed, and disposable glasses were used for serving water. A midnight call to the electrician was necessary due to the lack of warm water supply. The management team displayed rudeness and failed to provide satisfactory explanations.

We stayed here for 2 days it was a really good experience, The staff was good and the food was really delicious, we booked two rooms, one and one royal room, royal room bathroom was not maintained properly. Overall a good experience.

I had an unpleasant experience; the bathroom had an unpleasant odor, and the management exhibited rude behavior. The service lacked provisions for Jain food despite prior notification, and warm water was not accessible. After a day of travel, we faced low-quality food and an unsatisfactory response from the restaurant management. Despite pre-booking, we had to request towels, and when we did so politely, they acted as if we were causing issues deliberately. Adding to the inconvenience, upon our late return, warm water was not available for us to freshen up.

Horrible experience. I am travelling regularly since last 20 yrs and have experienced all category frm 2 star to 7 str hotels but this resort experience was tarrible. Disposable glass, spoon for us because we have made advance payment. For other customer proper water glass, steel spoon available. Bath towel provided on request and that too only 1 daying they dnt have more. After argument they got ready to provide 1 more towel but shocked to see quality of towel. Road side people also dnt use such towels which r given to us. I request everyone never book this resort. This is completely d grade resort.

It was a decent experience with family. Bit expensive if compared with service available. Limited breakfast spread with no live counters.

Horrible despite of a prior reservation no room was availed while reach the resort. No one was there to open a main gate to enter the taxi, unprofessional rude reception staff. No cleaning. Wastage of money at all?

Best Place To go With Family...Cooperative Staff and Cooperative Manager....Best food and They help us in All possible ways....Manager Shekhar was so cooperative... Convient To Dmart also...

Clean rooms. The mattress in my room was a lil too soft. The location is really good you can get anywhere you want. Food here's also not so expensive.
