They will fix a rate by assessing the guest. Not expensive. Rate will be between 800- 1400 based on your bargaining capacity. If you say 800 they will give you room. If you say 1000 they will be ok for that. Rooms are below average or just ok. But near to temple in kizhakke nada
Very bad experience. We opted for an Ac room but the Ac wasn't working, no hot water in the hot water tap and apart from that !!!!!! do not use their stairs because while it's raining it leaks and the stairs are not properly mopped and my brother slipped and fell which ruined our entire journey !! When we raised complaint they were unable to provide any assistance.
Very Good place... especially Near To Shree Krishna Temple... Many good restaurants nearby... Good and polite staff... Good Rooms but the walls were not cleaned full of spider webs and dust but immediately cleaned it as soon as we complained... Rest the stay was perfect.

A budget class hotel in East Nada, Guruvayoor. Close to the temple makes it a highly convenient point to stay. Generally neat and hygienic rooms, well mannered Reception and the like. Price-wise it is quite nominal - but have a doubt if the AC room rate is a bit on the higher side..!! All good in general. One can cooly select a stay here whilst on Guruvayoor temple visit. .......

Easy access, Average 2 bed - AC below 1500. Non AC below 800 2bed. Comparatively economical set-up. not there required staff to serve , overall ok ok setup, Free Parking not available.

I booked rooms in Avanti through online but I couldn't go that day due to some personal reasons. They refunded me the advance amount as soon as I called them. When contacted by phone, they were very responsive to my questions.
Attended a reception in the first floor hall. Hall is airconditioned, but seating arrangement is poor. Hall can accommodate around 200 people. Nothing to write home about. Parking is almost non existent.
