Improper hospital management
nurses don't know how to behave no any professional dignity and ethics are following doctors who are coming don't know everyday what patient is taking treatment.
Nurses doing whatever they want doctors order nobody following the exact treatment.
I think they are hired nurses who are not licensed
With my patients drug eroor happened all nureses having different knowledge which is not matching to any book
Total kamwalies are hired in hospital the fighting between nurses and doctors are showing total market area
No any condition discussion towards patients and doctors are illiterate that no any explanation about patients only when it get out fo control then directly telling.
Such disorganised staff from billing also why this hospital is on .
For my patients negligence happened as my patient and her baby life is in danger due to this hospital staff and doctors
No staff are taking rounds on night directly coming at 9am
This is first hospital who take blood report to come evening if it is sent at morning and staff don't know what is going on with patients telling false answer.
I am taking my physiotherapy treatment under Dr Renuka Jhaveri. I have knee problem(patella shift) and am being treated for that.I am very happy & much better with their physio sessions .Thank you Dr Renuka ,Gazala & Riddhi .Excellent management by the team.
Visited the physiotherapy department quite a few times now as I had a gym injury and extremely happy with the progress. The attention to detail to their patients is outstanding. Been a great recovery thanks to Dr Renuka and Ghazala.

I have rated 5 stars to Ruxmani hospital only because of Dr. Divya Agarwal. She is the assistant doctor of all the consultants there. She is a great doctor, with an amazing behaviour. She did my normal delivery which was impossible. She took care not as a doctor but as my mother. And not only during delivery but after delivery also she has been taking care, guiding, explains everything very well, solving all the problems and a very helpful nature. During pregnancy in the OPD, during delivery and post delivery she was very calm and had positive approach so i was very much comfortable with her. So i would recommend to consult Dr. Divya Agarwal in Ruxmani hospital.
I would advise to go to that hospital only if Dr. Divya agarwal is there, she is assistant doctor of all consultants and very good doctor and human being. Her behavior, her way of talking, patient dealing is very good, her way of explaining the patient is also very good, even in OPD, the number of times you consult, she is very good She explains plus, if you have any problem, she solves all your problems and she has a very helping nature during delivery time also and in ward .
Some sisters are good like veena sister and one two more... some sisters are very rude and batmeez in behaviour.. and their senior sisters , incharge and other senior staff and management staff never look into the matters .. .. they always scream , fight , at counters and outside of ward .

I would give zero star worst hospitality in icu the staff and nurses are worst they don't have manners to talk only they want money. This will be my personal opinion and experience not to go to this hospital if you want your self respect and patient proper
