I am a member since more than 3 years now . Good and clean facility , experienced coaches . Ajith always encourages me to workout and just not hit cardio everyday . He has been very carefully instructing me to regularly workout for my dislocated elbow after the physio sessions and I must say it's been a 2 months of regular exercising and dedication of time for me and Ajith himself who is personally coaching me . Thank you again Ajith .
The facilities provided at Gym are good , the equipment's are new . The whole gym has centralised AC and You have spl dance floor sections for zumba , functional training's the trainers are fine enough and helpful too
