Hospital was clean and staff was helpful. Located at prime location. Consultancy rate is high. I am attaching few pics which I took during the visit.
Too Expensive and Worst Experience. Just had a fullness in ear he cleaned it and charged 1000 Rs for the same. I had no other issue in my ear, they told me there is some redness so need to do dressing, and put bitadin cotton in ear and charge 500 extra for the same. Not only these after collecting all these money. Write down 5-6 different medication which include drops and antibiotics for which i checked out good medical shops around but not a single medicine is available anywhere. One of the reputed medical shop owner told me all these are local and you will fine it in their hospitals only. :) After doing all these they told me to visit again after 5 days, they consider patients like money vending machine. Important things is after visiting I had not take any medication or drops. Just because don't trust these guys and my ear is perfectly fine.
Had one of the best experience! I had a problem of DNS(Deviated Nasal Septum). The surgery went amazing as they have good facilities in the hospital. The staff was highly co-operative and helpful with all my needs. They were always available even in the middle of the night. I would totally recommend for this hospital as Dr. Hardik and staff were very helpful to me. I am happy with all the procedures. :)
On Sunday we went and doc was not able staff said he come but emergency fee will be charged of 1500rs. Which is totally unethical as not a single doc was present for a basic checkup.
Dr. Hardik Saha one of the Best ENT Surgen (Experience of 20+ year) and very down to earth Person. I have gone through my ENT Surgery : Tympanoplaty + MAstoidectomy The complete surgary was very smooth followed by Cashless. The way Dr. Hardik Shah make a friendly connection with his patient is very unique. He is very calm and make others calm too.

He is looting patients. He is charging too much money. Their staff is not behaving good with patients and their relatives. Nurses are doing nothing, then also doctor charged for it. Not even given a file to us after discharging. When we go there to take a file, they asked for more money. Never go to this doctor. There are lot of different options available other than this doctor.
the doctor was very disrespectful and hard on us, we totally disagree the way he behaved with us and they charged a lot with extra charges without any reasons and even though they charged a lot the facilities were not that good, i strictly suggest/advice them to be respectful with patients and the patient's family and they should charge the applicable amount,not anything which comes on your mouth, I'd give 2/10 ratings to the allover hospital.
