Rural Litigation and Entitlement Kendra - Non-governmental organization in Dehradun - Dehradun, India

(As an intern from July 2023 batch) I worked with the NGO for a month. Met students from all across India. The interns receive good amount of supervision.The library is filled with informative material on various fields. There is good amount of work, we went on field trips, activities and events. The climate is good, the accommodations are fairly decent and food is healthy. Overall it was a wholesome experience.

I worked with the NGO for a month. It was a wonderful and such a learning experience. The interns had a good amount of supervision for the tasks given and we also went to field visits to see the schools. It was a nice experience, seeing the students and learning about the culturs. Glad to be a part of RLEK as an intern.

I went there for around three months approx. The place is cool and very positive. It has numerous achievements in its name which you can search online. Like Act related to abolition of bonded labour , NDPS Act formation, and environment law related matters. This NGO works on upliftment offer van gujjars and providing education to their childrens. Apart from that it provides you hygienic and tasty food.

The staff is cooperative and humble. NGO is working for socially backward communities and doing great work.

Being a law student,Rlek Dehradun has helped me in exploring different aspects of our society and has also helped me in enculcating various skills which one should posses in order to built a better carrier in law.

I personally felt the stay for me was very expensive, even when i was in a sharing of 5 room , food was hygienic but the flavour was I guess pahadi people don't like spices, Now i personally felt there is not any active work going in the organisation, even the staff has reduced in the past years from what I have heard, And we'll field trips for me were disappointing, and yes expensive Overall as a 3rd year student of law i hardly saw any legal work going in the cell, i thought i would working more in environmental laws but well it was nothing, i felt I wasted a lot of time and money here

A NGO providing various immunities to local people and tribe. Also internship opportunities are given to students.

Best internship I ever done in (2020)...in my carreer of LLB , best techers I ever meet here . Having Full of knowledge and experience . Although it can't be expressed in words ,, you must visit there and get this opportunity to intern there .
