Once you book they keep on asking for extra money for day AC and you have to reach out them for service which you won't get. Better you stay at UNA bus station, its spacious and save money.
Pathetic Service by Rupesh Guest House, Not recommended at all. Below are the reasons:- 1) Though the Guest house located opp of ST bus depo on main road, however you won't be able to sleep at night due to continuous truck passes through very near to the Guest house with Honking on road. 2) We Fealt cheated because at the time of booking the room the Manager confirm that they will provide hot water but in next day morning they denied and ask for Addtional money which is breach of Trust of customers. 3) No filter water available at Guest house and water quality is also pathetic, you have to buy your Owen eg. Bislery or some other local brand. 4) Bathroom / Toilet was not good at all. 5) Too old construction it was just painted wth no finishing at all due to which you won't be feeling relaxing inside of the room. So overall not recommended at all and suggest you to better have some other Guest house who deliver which they committed.
Good place for visitors, can stay here for one night or more, everything is fine here. Place is also good. But this place is opp. To s.t. bus stand of una, so you may face some noice and dirt. Bt i guess it's all fine in rooms, they are clean.
The place is only budget stay and to be considered as such. Its cheap but against the same may be considered as facility less stay, may be a 2 star stay
