Do not buy from this builder. Builder has very bad track record. He never finishes the project and keep pushing the timelines. All the good reviews are fake just to pump up the prices. Ruparel Optima project is one of examples where RERA is extended more than 3 times and still no where close to finish. Project was supposed to be finished by 2021.
