I always buy from rupal store, this time I got two identical bags from this store as a gift, I said to them - please exchange me the same band, same price, but different type of wallet, but the shopkeeper said they can't exchange wallets because there is no barcode. Well, I didn't agree that the owner of the barcode shop crated it, so I put the bag on the shop. Now you can't sell that bag because it doesn't have a barcode, right? By doing this you are losing confidence in yourself; Communicating concerns effectively is important. It's disappointing that the exchange didn't happen. Consider our feedback in a constructive way, it may lead to a more positive resolution for both parties.There was no harm in changing the bag. Tell me what you think.
