I am a regular customer at Rupas for many years now. It is the best place to start my day with their signature samosa and a suparupa coffee. Very convenient place to have meetings, close to CBD and motorways.
It is yes the one of the two good restaurant in the deoband town .it is located in the meena bazaar.i would recommend you some of the best dishes of rupa cafethat are white chawmin,egg chawmin , egg burger and tikki burger .it has air conditioning room so best for that service and there is also self service no one will serve you there that is one negative aspect
