A small hotel located near saraswati Vihar. Been twice here. My experience here was very good. Went alone one of my female friends and found it very safe and were taken care very well by the staff. Hence went here the second time. The second visit was a total disappointment. Had to ask for every simple thing. Starting from cleaning of the room to getting a bottle of water. I m really not sure I would want to go here again.
Pathetic experience. Staff was not even accepting mistakes.
Rooms were not proper, lock keys were not available, washroom was blocking, dustbins were not available.
I could have give rating in minus. Such an embarassing for my guests.
We stayed there for 1 night it was really good experience and the staff was too good and they extend late check out for us. Recommended for others also

Below average not so clean and smelly rooms not properly ventilated. they don't care about the service at all . This should be your last resort if not able find any other hotel in this area
It's a great place to stay in Delhi.A newly built property close to Pitampura metro station with spacious and well maintained rooms.Staff is very friendly and caring starting from reception.Free breakfast of choice and 24-hour free wi-fi service is applaudable.I highly recommend the hotel for stay in Delhi specially with family. I would probably choose Runway next time as I have experienced warm welcome, excellent service and pleasantness of staff.
