Zero after sales service. We choose big builder primarily for their service, but Runwal's executives are very poor in providing after sales-service. They do not send the demand letters on time, and keep sending messages stating "Please pay, or interest will be charged." No one answers call at customer care. No response to Whatsapp messages.

It's the worst experience. Never trust their words. Never invest in such pathetic projects. Before buying the flat, the sales managers are so kind and collaborative but later they become so irresponsible after buying a flat. They don't even answer the calls of customers. This is not the only in my case but also with many. It's better to invest in good and responsible builder projects. Please do visit the project but don't regret it later once you book the flat.
