I stayed there for a night with my family. Reached at night around 10pm. The housekeeper didn't show any courtesy. He took 20 mins to verify the booking. He didn't even ask us to sit down. They don't have food and restaurants nearby. They don't provide any water bottles. He gave only a single towel and single soap for a family of 3. He asked for extra charges for the bed which they refunded later after complainingAt night the housekeeper was shouting while taking on the phone and another neighbour. Overall it was a horrible experience. They don't show any courtesy to family. The housekeeper's behaviour was very rude.
Very nice hotel, best prices and best location.
Very worst experience, There was underwear & used soap in bath room. Leakages & dampness on walls .No hot water was available.No water bottle was provided . With this zero facilities I have paid Rs. 1500 for single night stay.
I was in Jodhpur for one only night but the kindness and availability of owners was extraordinary: they were extremely friendly and they helped me to move in the city. The structure is clean, modern and comfortable. Rooms are very good, fully furnished and welcoming. Extremely recommended if you are new in the city, because of the calm neighborhood.
Comfortable guest house in a reasonable tariff. Location is 1km approx from the main city however I enjoyed the hospitality and services were good. From the guest house travelers can go to visit many tourists places.
Nice hotel and very good service
A nice surprise. Nice clean hotel with a very friendly staff. Great location, walking distance to several places, including Wholefoods, (right across the street). Overall very satisfied, will be returning and would definitely recommend.
Room are good, but I face there booking issue so another time I will not book room at Rukamani Guest house in future and thanks to goibibo for resolving my issue of booking with hotel owner.
