This is fantastic gym all trainers and owner are super nice and take an interest in you no matter what fitness level you're at I really like how they give me tips and tricks to get the most out of every work out. I have been going for a little bit and I am already seeing a big change in my energy levels and body .it's a.great experience.
Very nice gym good place for ledies. Daily cleaning , gym with music and fun. Healthy climate. I lost my weight 3 kg in 1 and half month. I am happy with same.

Pathetic gym. No cleanliness. Owner Neha Thakur doesn't switch on AC even in the month of october which made me ill. The Owner even made a huge scene when AC was switched on. Hair ball is all over the floor. Compact gym but very less ventilation. Pathetic environment to workout in.

They are very good at service.. this place is specious...the result is so good ..i have lost 2 kgs in a month...the gym trainer is so encouraging...the environment here is so comfortable as its a only for ladies.. its better than unisex gym...its so hygenic and it smells so good!!

Shikha ma'am is an amazing teacher and a wonderful person. I had no training in yoga at all , but with regular practice at Shikha ma'am's classes , I am even able to do some advanced yoga postures. My flexibility and strength has improved many fold.
