Excellent because the day first i ll there because I am a woman it's premises felt like very familiar touch so it's very comfortable for me to be there and about the trainers or the owners they are awesome they listen very carefully to ur problems or needs and guide u very well which make u very comfortable there, and I am very happy to a part of this gym. All the advanced equipment are in gyms in comparison with old gyms of umred.. Having lots of space for the workout with certified gym trainers.. There are 2 to 3 gym trainers having friendly nature and gave proper guidance to all.. Specially THE COACH MR. FAGESH is too good and have most jbrdst physique .They all have experience of lots of year. The atmosphere of gym is too good with khatarnak music .The best gym i have ever seen is RFC . MUST VISIT.. have fun & enjoy..
Training is excellent, Gym is specious with varieties of equipments and certified trainers. I lost 2.5kgs in 10 days without any fasting. I was facing fatty liver issue but with proper guidance from trainer ( anirudra Choubey) I m feeling better. As a beginner I will recommend this gym.

Best Gym in the town. Great Ambiance, Spacious, provides cardio sessions as well and most importantly the expert trainer that they have ( Mr Anirudra Choubey) who'll not only help you with the training but also guide you with the proper Nutrition plan. What else to expect. Must visit .
