Had to stay a night in Vasai Seemed to be a decent hotel online but it was far from reality Many cockroach in the room. Staff was not bothered. They had no pest control. Bed was ok but bathroom is not so clean
It was very worst experience with Hotel staff and Hotel Shiv sagar staff specially at breakfast time. It took more than 30-40 mins to get one fresh juice. Very worst experience. Not recommendable at all.
The location is very feasible as it is beside the highway. The service was below par in my terms as when we reached at the place lift was not working and we had our elders who found it very inconvenient and could not use the stairs. The food, live counters were amazing the food quality was good. Overall experience was satisfactory.

We planned to stay 4 days but the hotel was new to us so booked for only 2 days but the kind of service/response we got, we changed our mind and checked-out early in the morning around 7:30 am. I won't recommend it to anyone!Good Things: 1) Room was spacious. 2) Food taste was Good. 3) Tea was Good.Bad Things: 1) Room service is very Poor! We checked-in after 30 mins of our actual time i.e. of 12 but they asked us to wait as the room was getting cleaned. After entering the room there was smell, hairs on bed and dust on floor! Had to call the room service for cleaning again!2) AC was not working. Called twice on "555" room service and on "444" one time for it but no one bothered to come and check! 3) Hot water was not available! If this cold weather had to bathe with cold water! Called twice for it but no response! 4) Basin gets complete choked up even if we wash hands 5) informed the room service guy on second dat for cleaning the room around 7 pm but no one came!6) Food is good but the price of it is not reasonable. Asked for butter Roti" but they just gave rotis with oil on it ! Pathetic! 7) Price are too high for such low class hotel!Total waste of Money!
