Very good service Kalpana will suggest service which is suitable to customers. She will not try to convince the customers for money sake. Only branded products are used. Im a regular customer and till date haven't experienced any irregular service. She is perfect in handling customers and her soft approach will make us feel to avail service in this parlour everytime. She is not only the beautician and also good cosmotologist providing treatments. Rates are normal and not high compared to other parlours. She is also good in learning new things and reach our expectations when something new is required other than the regular service. This parlour will be apt for the ladies who are interested in maintaining the beauty but cannot afford high price for the services.All the rates are nominal and affordable.

The in-parlour services are good. We have availed lot of services from her since a year, bought some skin care products, also twice function hairdo and makeup. However the recent function Make-up was a total flop. Despite me confirming multiple times with her regarding the timings to be ready , she took one hour more than what she promised to. Due to that I was not able to do the planned photoshoot for my daughter before her mundan was done, so the entire Make-up and hairdo became meaningless. She also didn't have the time to complete my hairdo and she came to do the service without bringing the hair accessories. Later she arranged it to be brought by which I became totally tensed and stressed. Now comes the worst part, I went to the parlour to pay and provide my feedback but the parlour was closed. I messaged her and told her I won't be in town and she agreed to make the payment later. Later when I called her to make payment she quoted 2k for saree draping, hair do for my kid and myself(half done) and Make-up for my kid. I felt it pricey based on what she charged us before but still agreed to pay since she didn't like to make any reductions. When I told her how she delayed and spoiled the function start she acted irresponsible and keen on money payment only despite me confirming multiple times that I would pay her. She wasn't able to see anything beyond the money which I paid her anyways. She passed judgemental comments on us despite the fact that we have always been very friendly and spent minimum 1500 rs each sitting in her parlour. This is very disappointing and totally unexpected from her. It's better to discuss the cost upfront and not assume anything from previous dealings and also always pay her first before giving your feedback to avoid getting added insult to injury.

They are doing the work very professionally and friendly...I like the service very much...I suggest everyone to take their service..I own a parlour- I was trained here for cosmetology which is very good and the training charges are very affordable.
