I'd like to share my personal experience of this hospital. I got discharged my baby girl yesterday forcefully just because she was fine still staff and Dr.Atul played woulderful game with me and with my daughter. I'm not rich as much as he aspected and tried his level best to get money as much as he can with out reason and done a out of miss commitment and never shared proper information about my patient. He and his staff start playing game when you will ask for discharge. They start thinking how to get more money
Keep below things n your mind whenever you wants to visit this hospital.
1- Staff completely unsupported.
2- Worst NICU and his staff ( will not let you anything related about your patient) keep sercate few things so that you can not take chance to discharge.
3- Minmum NICU charges 10k, buy medicine sepretly 1k to 1.5k
4. No negotiation in price.
5- will create problem at the time of discharge.
6- you will have to make call from Dr. Fist to inform to the reception and NICU staff then they will discharge your patient. Have to fallow up a lots of times sincerely.
7- No fix time of Dr.Atul to come and gone.
8-Always will be busy on phone call during checking the patient ( its sure , discussion will not be related to patient or medicine, seems personal)
So sad to tell you very bad experience for new born baby. Bahut badi Thani chal rhii...10 cases me 8 cases ke admit krne reason was same.. Poti kr liya tha esne ma ke pet me and we take it seriously and allow to admit immediately and then everyday you will listen new decease and will not release untill unless bill not be 70k to 80k per patien..not good for middle class and poor people. Rating to paise deke bdwa lete hai..service gandi hai....
Not good for new born baby..very bad staff and Dr.Atul timing ( Not fix time to come and go).it seems like for rating paying money to keep hove on 4 start. I asked y people everyone said ...bahut bda bala thag hai a..50k 60k just 2 se 3 din me le leta hai..
It was good at starting but now the condition is, u have to wait for unknown time period and finally when ur no. Come she doesn't even listen ur problem carefully. Starts writing medicines and sent u back. Ek bar me kam se kam 5 6 patients ko bulati h or khanapoorti krke bhej deti h. Btati b ni h prblm kya h. Pr success ki b koi guarantee nhi h. I waiste mt 1.5 yr . Finally i got some very good doctor who gave me positive result within only 1.5 month.
It is a good hospital for a newborn baby.
Dr's are experienced and good in their profession. However, everyone lacks basic etiquette.
wish I cud give -star bt somehow for commenting I have to anywaz dr Atul is not professional at all he just want to admit ur child and loot all ur money do not go for him my 2months son was suffering minor cold but he gave him such hard medication that everything got choked my son can't breathe properly and condition getting worst plz do not go for it strictly not recommended
