Good service and friendly staff making people to board it again

Ruby travels is one of the worst travels in Haveri. Even though if you book seats 2-3 days early he will not alot the seats. Last departuring time he will change our seats and ask us to adjust but he will not adjust and give our seat .If your regular and old customer or new customer he will do this to everyone. Please don't travel in this bus. Me and my parents have been traveling in this bus from past 10 years. My parents are old he will do mistake and ask us to adjust in last seats. It's my own experience in this bus. I request please don't travel in this bus. 1 of the worst service in this bus.

This is my first experience in Ruby travels from bangalore to haveri but it became my best experience bcoz of Mr.Khaleel, driver of Ruby travels. As I am into fitness industry I vll be traveling many places but so far I have never found such a Humanitarian person. I congratulate Ruby travels to have such gentleman.

Very worst and pathetic experience I took the bus from Bangalore to Haveri. It was raining for half of the distance in night, even though windows were non openable, the water was dripping from the window. After complaining to the staff and driver, there was no help from them also. More over the staff told " we can't do anything, move aside and sleep" I'm not going to take this bus service here after in my life

Ruby Bus Became like OYO Rooms And Frade Bus And The Bus Drive and Cleaner was Talking So Badly They left As Middle of the Road Please Frds Don't Book This Bus Because I Have All Proofs I Told To Owner of The Ruby Bus They Did Not Took It So Seriously I have Video And Pics bus number KA. 20.C.0778

i was book bus from banglore to davangere worst quality and the bus was not from ruby they send other bus they showed extra seat and windows are shaking and very sound am not sleep well while booking ruby bus in details and they send other bus don't believe this kind of attraction line in website

Pre-booking is not trustworthy,they cancel pre-booking tickets on the day of travel and they aren't costomer friendly,
