Excellent Doctor! I am so happy to Neurology Dr Nilesh .. who is very patience and caring he really took his time to explain my mom complaining about her sickness and more over anytime he will reply you in time if u have any doubt in medicine .Highly recommend. Thank you to Dr. But i am very disappointed by the charges since my mom is following up within a month with the same Dr. In the 3rd visit they charge me in fresh again why so? I can understand if it is another patient.
I found Doctors are good professionally & willing to an extra mile to make patients comfortable. Of course! the supporting staff all through my stay found prompt, committed & friendly. You are maintaining checks & balance system so perfectly that there is wonderful coordination between all different departments of the hospital management. Cleanliness was too good. Very disappointed, my father expired in just 10 days of your treatment. The doctor could not examine the real threat. Even for one advice you need to spend rs.800 and get medicine of rs.100 prescribed. It's so sad that a renowned institution has no method to talk to doctor even one day after the start of medication. You need to visit , pay rs.800 again to meet the doctor even if the medicines prescribed is suiting to the patients or not. It's so sad. I am totally lost due to the demise of my father.
Good speedy service, doctors are good. Nurses are very caring. Facility is clean. One complaint. Please have doctors print the prescription. It is very hard to understand their handwriting. Pharmacy is always trying to guess what the medicine is. We should not be guessing in this part. It is critical and should be very clear to pharmacist on what medication is prescribed by doctor.
I am not happy with overall service of the hospital.. No proper parking arrangements for vehicle.. Once hospital parking gets full Security ask to rounds of Hospital to check availability of the parking. Appointment schedule not followed by the administration properly. Rude administration staff. There is no value for doctors feedback given for follow up.. Administration staff follows 15 days protocol. However there is no protocol conveying patient for delay in providing service. Patients keep waiting hours though there are digital fancy token system is implemented. No courtesy to senior patient.. Administration staff don't care.
My husband was admitted for high grade fever, later diagnosed as dengue. The nursing as well as housekeeping staff were excellent and prompt in attending. The cleanliness in the hospital was really good.
My own personal experience is visit for your sickness,n any health issues, without a single thought.the doctor's are really good and the staffs are to good n caring n help full.
