Ruby Hall Clinic, Hinjawadi, Pune - General hospital in Pune, Pimpri-Chinchwad - Pune, India

I recently had the opportunity to undergo a Lipoma removal surgery at Ruby Hall, and I am pleased to share my experience with you. From the moment I stepped into the hospital, I was met with an atmosphere of professionalism and care. The facility itself is well-maintained, clean, and provides a sense of comfort to patients. One of the standout aspects of my experience was the exceptional care provided by Dr. Renu Pimpale. Her expertise and approachable demeanor immediately put me at ease. She took the time to explain the procedure thoroughly, addressing any concerns I had and ensuring I felt confident in the upcoming surgery. Throughout the entire process, Dr. Renu's communication and bedside manner were truly commendable. The hospital staff also left a positive impression on me. The nurses and support staff were attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist. Their willingness to answer questions and provide comfort was evident in their actions, making my stay as smooth as possible. In terms of amenities, the hospital's canteen stood out. The food provided to patients was of good quality and catered to their dietary needs. This was especially important in aiding my recovery post-surgery. The canteen staff seemed to understand the importance of serving nourishing meals for patients on the road to recovery. However, one aspect that could be improved upon is the food provided to attendants from the canteen. Unfortunately, the food for attendants lacked both taste and healthiness. It's an important consideration, as attendants often play a crucial role in supporting the patients during their hospital stay. Addressing this concern would certainly enhance the overall experience for both patients and their attendants.

I was admitted here and diagnosed with dengue fever. My experience was really very good here. Staff was very supportive. Treatment was very good doctors come to check you regularly, in addition to that regular cleaning of room and toilet takes place. Food is available here, I got my breakfast,lunch and dinner right on time. If you are alone this is the best place to get the treatment. I got a bell to call for help any time and you get the response from nurses with in few minutes. The security was doing their job perfectly. Even the hospital takes care of patients entertainment, therefore provides television also. If there is a medical emergency this is the best place to reach out.

Strangely they don't allow helmets inside hospital for customers(obviously) neither provide safe keeping for helmets. When asked, staff and security could not explain reason for policy or show any place where this policy is displayed. Their appointment email didn't mention any such policy as well. Gives an impression of overhyped luxury hotel instead of hospital. A combination of Nonsense management and stupid staff. Checkup and testing management was also mediocre and hurriedly. I would rather avoid such a place.

I was admitted to Rubi Hall Clinic Hinjewadi on 30th Nov 2023 for surgery for my left hand finger dislocation. The surgery was completed on 30th Nov evening at around 6 PM and the discharge was planned for 1st Dec 2023. However from 1st Dec morning, hospital started different treatments without even notifying me. On asking the medical staff, one of the on duty doctor informed me that during operation my heartbeats were not normal and also my hepatitis C report came positive so they started treatment for these. This is without consulting me or my family. When I asked to stop the treatment, the on duty doctor very rudely asked me to sign the blank form for treatment denial. After this my surgery doctor came and he asked to initiate discharge at around 2:30 PM. Since then the hospital staff became rude to me. They took 3 hrs to prepare discharge summary and submitted the file for cashless insurance around 6:30 PM. Post this there was no coordination between hospital and insurance and due to which I had to wait another 3 hours in hospital. The staff denied to give me any medicine for my pain with reason that my discharge is already initiated. Even though I was the patient, I had to literally fight and followup with hospital and insurance to expedite my discharge process. I showed them the willingness to not wait for Insurance and pay entire amount and asked for detailed breakup of the bill. To my utter surprise they denied this and advised me to wait another 1 hr to wait for insurance approval. I was treated like a prisoner in hospital. I and my family faced huge mental harassment due to this unethical and rude behaviour of hospital and staff. I had to pay out almost Rs 78000 to proceed my discharge and hospital billing staff confirmed me that I will be reimbursed with the amount as soon as my insurance claim gets approved. My claim got approved on 1st Dec 2023 around 11 PM but till now I haven't received any intimation from hospital about my reimbursement.

Please do not book any annual health checkup at Ruby Hall Clinic, They jst don't care for health check cases. Their staff is just amazing careless to say the least. The frustration you will get dealing with them would make you sick and you would feel you have wasted so much of your time. I had to leave the hospital ultimately without getting at least 3 tests done, Which they would have definitely charged my company. And for the tests done I had to take much pain to get my number, multiple reminders to their staff just to get a slot in the test room, they would keep your file and forget you are waiting, Nobody to guide for a smooth movement through multiple tests. Just highlighted some of the pain you have to go through here. Can't recommend anybody to this hospital.

Very bad experience to share. I had a yearly health checkup at Ruby Hall clinic. They don't have a procedure to follow - normal consultation with physician - nobody is following the process, everything here is randomly followed. Gynaec consultation - doctor and nurse shows you if you are coming through health checkup you are not privileged patient and doctors regular patients are to be privileged. And health checkup patients are to be treated as if we have come here for free and not to be considered and just a formality procedure. I would like to remind the hospital companies do have tie ups with them and paid for same. Keep separate doctors for daily consultation and health checkup. Worst experience with all the checkup.

This hospital is just for money. Most hospitals have this thing that if u visit within 7days no follow up fees is taken but in this hospital even if you visit next day they charge you money. Doc denied checkup without money by stating " I drove 15mins just to check you why I not take money". If someone is still facing the problem then may be there was human error in the report but they don't accept it. Dont come for eye treatment to doctor sapna. She is worst and do light checkup so that you have to visit again and again and give her money. Looking for eye test go to lenskart bro. Cause this doctor will charge you 700 for doing so and will not consider your pain ans problem in first visit.

I had appointment today for full health checkup My experience was great. Specially Aniket and Munmun Guided Us all skillfully through the entire process. Even though there was full rush these two guys drive the process smoothly.
