This hospital is located on EM Bypass. This hospital is a multi specialist. The treatment system in this hospital is very good. Patients come here from far and wide for treatment. Many patients from Bangladesh come here for treatment. I have visited this hospital many times for treatment and I like everything here. This hospital has all kinds of health insurance facilities. There is very good facility for car parking inside the hospital. But this parking system is not free, you have to pay for it.

Nearest station is Ballygunge railway station accessible by bus or auto. Otherwise it is situated in eastern metropolitan bypass area easily accessible from bus. The staff are cooperative, neat and clean environment. If OPD doctors appointment booking and payment can be done online, that should be a big value add. Patients need not to wait in the long queue only for the payment.

Good Hospital Staff and Doctors are very polite in nature. Security Person are little bit Strict. Affordability in cost as comparison with other private hospitals is moderate. Still Recommend

Helpful and professional staff. Aware of the review system. Demands honest opinion. Hitting a 4 as they demanded the review in their presence. I'm here only for corporate health check up. Hassle free procedure and they know how to take care of patients.

The hospital really took care of me at the highest level both pre and post of my surgery. Highly recommended to everyone. I stayed in a private room which they call as regina and the service was top notch. Doctors are awesome and highly cooperative.

Patient number- 1267I23 The urologist, Dr. Basak, had given the date of admission for my father's prostrate gland surgery and after all the examinations got conducted, the OT team reached out to us, a day prior to the surgery date and informed that the instrument is not in working condition. Inspite of several visits along with my father, who is a senior citizen, nothing was informed or updated to us until the last minute. And the team said they'll reach out to us, 10-14 days later, after their machine gets fixed. It's surprising to see such negligence towards their patient, when the doctor had advised to conduct the microsurgery on priority basis. And guess what, the doctor, Mr. Sujoy Basak is completely unaware of this. So, supposedly, he'd randomly given the date of admission for my father even though their instruments are not in place. Not sure, if this was even a valid reason for cancelling the scheduled OT for today. For next 10-14 days they'll be sitting idle now without conducting any surgeries. Such a shame! Very pathetic management
