The beach offers a pleasant ambiance, perfect for leisurely strolls, relaxation, and enjoying the sunset. It's ideal for photography sessions and provides a safe space for children to have fun. However, ongoing construction works hinder the complete experience. Despite this, the beach remains relatively uncrowded, tucked away at Pondy's entrance. Once the construction is finished, it has the potential to become a more appealing destination for visitors.

Awesome beach with long shore. Good place to spend a Pleasant evening with friends and family and kids as well. Best place for sand beach photoshoot, also some small setups done near restaurant for photoshoot. Restaurant food taste is good but a little high on rate. Parking is not well defined but space available. You can play crab catching well here on the shore
Beach is Good and clean. Horse riding 200/-. ATV ride available -350/-. Beach is suitable for couples and family too. Not much crowded, Peaceful place. Visit on weekends. Only one shop available near price is double.
The beach is good to watch and sit and relax in the evening... Good for photoshoot and the children ... Though the works r not fully completed it looks good .. and waiting for the fully established beach in the upcoming days... The negatives r poor maintenance on the rock side... There r so many bottles and need to clean it for bettement.

It's called as RUBY BEACH ARICAMEDU BEACH VERAMPATINAM BEACH This place is located near the light house But you can't visit this place directly from there. It would be like it's very near if you see from there, but thing is there's an artificial port so there is no connecting road between Pondy marina / light house to Ruby beach. You have to travel to Veerampatinam and then visit this place. It's currently under development, restaurants outlets haven't opened. NOT ADVISABLE TO COME WITH FAMILY LATER EVENING , until it's properly developed with all safety measures.

Quite difficult to find the route to this place. The boat ride was great, they also have art and craft shops which sell antique items. overall its a place to visit with friends and live the moment
