There was a crack on the dome, these jhumkas are badly made. Look at the crooked piece and the bead tassel felt off. They wouldn't refund international customers. Shame on them! Don't get cheated by buying from this seller.

I am highly dissappointed & dissatisfied. I placed an order on myntra only because i saw the story on shark tank & was overwhelmed with the harf work & journey. When i got the order delivered from myntra the cost of the Jewellary is Rs 2000/- & when i got the pacakge the cost printed is Ra1600/- Why such deviation in prize? This is robbery & entrepreneur dont do this. I am very upset to say this is highly unethical , i have registered my complaint in myntra. People dont get scam

Thay have a good collection but their customer service is pathetic. I had place an order worth 13.500k after an assurance from their head office in bangalore that I will receive it within 3 days. After placing an order I got a confirmation that I will receive it within 7 business days. So I tried calling them and even sent them msgs. But no satisfactory reply from them. The following day when I tried to track my order I found that it show zero orders. That means they cancelled my orders. Thank God I had opted for cash on arrival. Investing in Rubans is waste of your time and energy. They are not very reliable.

No one answering the phone. They are just selling their products there is no response after sale if you want to return. They are just taking advantage of being part of the shark tank India. This company name should be #Robbers instead of #Rubans

My order was delivered in time, but unfortunately, it was not upto my expectations, so even got the refund on time. However, initially, I wasn't happy with the Rubans' call center services. But later on, they cooperated well and helped me with all the return and refund process. Thanks Rubans!! Would like to shop again!!

Excellent design, economical....Founder Ms Chinnu's Life Journey is the example for all of us...She was within 10 of Ms India contest...I think IIMA also invited her for her success Journey / Success Storey.

Very bad products and design. Can get much better anywhere else.

They do not respond after you raise a return request. They take back the product but don't refund your money. Their contact no. is always switched off. Worst customer care service. I am still waiting for my refund. Even after repeated follow ups, they are not responding.
