Thanks for the Dr. Nita k and NICU team, they are excellent.and helpful. Reception morning shift staff Ms. Ayushma she is very hospitality oriented person and very helpful but night shift the entire Staff are good for nothing, very careless,, The bathroom of OPD is disaster, even complained but in vain, no hygiene care, AC doesn't work properly even complained to night shift receptionist don't know her name not helpful... Overall the hospital is good but the performance of the staffs especially in night shift are need to be reviewed.

Ruban hospital for women & children is such a nice hospital and helped me to save my wife and child from severe case of cesarean delivery done on 13th april 2023 in collabaration with Emergency department & ICU of Ruban memorial hospital. They sucessfully handled previously mishandled case by Dr. Susmita Saurav(Purnia). God bless each and every doctor, nurse and other staffs of Entire Ruban hospital. Dr Preeti Arora is one of the best gynecologist and finest human I have come across in Patna. I had a high risk pregnancy and it became easy only because she had answered all the queries and concerns in such a way that all my worries disappeared. From the very beginning she payed very detailed attention to my case, she prescribed the best possible treatment and guided me throughout my pregnancy. She is extremely caring and really dedicated towards her patients. She handled my pregnancy with utmost care and was there for me all through my preganancy, just a call away and has been a guiding angel for me and my baby. I thank her for all the patience and compassion she has shown in my journey of being a mother and even after that. It would not have been the same without her guidance. God Bless you Ma'am I would highly recommend being her patient. The hospital is top notch with best facilities and excellent NICU. All the staff are polite, co-operative and attentive, be it the reception, nursing or house keeping department.

Best Hospital in patna. Gynaecologist Dr. Monalisha Singh is one of the best and a genuine doctor. I got a lovely baby under epidural/ painless delivery.
