Pathetic service. The lady at the reception doesn't know what is hospitality. She claimed she's the incharge but I guess she's not. They are money centric, not customer centric. They don't respect their own colleagues. Massage is also not that great. They are good at thai message. Anything else like deep tissue is worst. The therapist don't know what she was doing and couldn't apply the pressure in a correct way which lead to body pains later on. It wasn't soothing or relaxing. They refused to give me the bill as they don't have bill book it seems. Overall, it's not a recommended place. Visit thespathing that's just beside of this or lookup for other good places in nearbuy or littleapp.
One of the worst spa in Hyderabad.no one is picking up the phone so that can book an appointment.I had to call 10 times. But no one lifted the call. Then I went there and had to book. The receptionist forced me to take membership I said I'll not take he forced me then I shouted and said no then he gave me my choice service and the service lady are not professional and she asked me for S** ..one of the worst spa.
