Had a good treatment but very worse experience in billing and reception.
They do not accept insurance. Only doctors' fees in cash. PATHETIC
I seriously don't suggest this kind of hospital and doctors...poor diagnosis and treatment...there is no facilities available in that hospital...there is no well advanced treatment..no specific consulting doctors... lethargic in patients monitoring...
In ICU ward only learning staff nurses are incharge...which is worst at peak...

I was take the co vaccine at 25/11/22, but they still not register that in online, without the vaccination certificate I can't do nothing and the one more think when I trying to reach the hospital by phone they didn't react also toooo poor. Acutely when I was take the dose that time also I was in from that plz register that thing because itz important for me but staff was. Kindly In from to you just do something needful
My mother was admitted in an emergency, and we spent almost 40,000 for one day of icu care, plus another 3k and 4k (Dr.Avinash and jayachandran) for a doctor visit and for an anesthesiologist (No procedure has done only emergency care) 5k we had paid additionally. I really don't expect this bill. Saw some reviews thanks to those two brothers. Then have to pay tips for those workers additionally like GH.

Waiting for the second dose vaccination to my daughter. 9 to 11 am slot. Money is paid on arrival since Trinity is a private hospital. Vaccination place is below the reception, cellular. No ventilation. No fan or AC. Already 14 are waiting after making payment. The guy who should give vaccination is yet to come "they say". The lady collecting details is rude in conversation & passes unnecessary comments on the people waiting. A hospital built by the famous Dr. Ramamurthy.... Even the Govt run primary health centres are better as I had taken my vaccination there.
Five star to Dr Rajendran gastroenterologist. He treated my mother gas trouble problem and explained very well. Thanks a lot to the doctor.
After a very long years have come access doctors with Humanity. Dr Avinash, an excellent doctor. I saw many comments, it's a old hospital, they are giving best and immediate treatment. Nurses don't speak high-end English we don't need that anyways, but they are very helpful and caring.
Someone talking abt money for 10 days. big hospitals charge minimum 50k to 1 lakh for 1 day. Anyways no comparisons, each hospital is different. With one call from me to Dr. Avinash ( he didn't even know me) took care ofy husband in emergency, immediate aske treatment given. Didnt even bother whether he had money or insurance etc. Hats off to Dr. Avinash. We get rain because of such good doctors.
