I rented an A/C room for a month in the Shanthi Nagar Branch, Chennai. The room and other amenities are exactly as advertised. Diwakar is a sensible guy to deal with and is highly receptive to feedback. The only drawback was the maintenance issue of the A/C which I had informed the manager multiple times and wasn't taken care of. Still, overall it was a good experience.
Has all basic amenities but little costly. Located in a main place. 2 sharing AC is roughly 7.5k
