I have booked a laser hair removal treatment at this clinic. Must say the staff is friendly and polite. Its my 3rd session going on and i am seeing good results. The doctor made a visit once to check how my experience has been so far, it helped me to communicate my concerns. Overall experience is super amazing. Definitely should check out if you're looking for any type of treatments.

It's been more then a year have been going to RSB wellness for my skin concerns. This place is now my all time to go place for any skin treatment. Doctor suggests best treatment according to our skin concerns...and to top it all the staff is always at par.... specially Amisha her massage is so relaxing.

Went here for laser hair removal over the course of several months. I'm not leaving this comment to drag RSB wellness down but to shed some light on laser hair removal. Although the staff are moderately friendly, they would benefit from learning how to shave the body in a manner that does not result in cuts and blisters. Shaving the hair is an important part of the laser part removal process. I took the laser hair removal package for my entire body for a "limited offer" that gave me 8+2 sessions. I found out later that their offer runs regularly. Not sure if it was to influence me into buying it. Currently, I've finished my 10th session and the hair on my ENTIRE body has INCREASED - especially my face (which they said was OK to do the treatment on), chin area, neck, back, full arms, and the bikini area saw no change. There was slight reduction on my legs and underarm. The hair grows, but it's lesser in quantity compared to before. Now, I admit that I delayed my 4-5th session due to travel but I doubt that would lead to the massive growth I saw. During my first consultation, the Dr asked me to confirm if I have PCOS. I got my blood work done and I didn't have it at that point although I have suffered from it for several years during my teenage years. She blamed it on that. Also while booking the sessions, they said only maintenance sessions would be required (few scanty hair) at a reasonable cost. At the end of the 10 sessions, when I expressed my displeasure, they said I could take an extended package. This was not maintenance package. This was like doing the course all over with no assurance that my growth will reduce. I thereafter went to a prestigious hospital and the Dr was shocked that the LHR clinic performed LHR on my face and neck and that it increased. She said it's known that only IPL works. During the sessions, I was not fully comfortable although I don't want to delve into that because I did build a friendly rapport with the staff there who were also worried that the growth was increasing. The machine they have is not top of the line according to the Dr I met and constantly shuts down during the procedure. At this point, the clinic has understood that I'm very disappointed but they keep offering me their package while I wanted something more agreeable to help my situation. I can't believe that my hair growth on visible areas such as my face and neck have increased. I feel disappointed, ashamed and I've given up.
