Serving people years. One of the famous Post Office in Coimbatore. Located at prime location in the city. Located at Opposite to Corporation Kalaiyarangam (Corporation Auditorium). Located Clock Tower Junction at DB Road. You can reach by City Bus (Bus No. 7) from Gandhipuram Town Bus Stand and Gandhipark bus stop. Many facilities are there like Savings Schemes (Selvamagal etc), Insurance (RPLI etc), Registered Post, Aadhaar related.
One of the worst customer service i have ever experienced. They treat people as though we don't have work and show off as if they are most busy people. They must know how to treat people and tell them the required information..worst experience..the one in the counter and the person an old man needs to know what is customer service.

Neat and clean. Head post office, as usual, have crowd. Easy accessible location. Need a shed for customer. It's have a canteen aslo. Affordable price. Quality is moderate. Most famous place. Recently renovated this area. Very crowd area. One of the costly area on coimbatore.
For one token they are taking atleast one hour. For any services u have to go before 9 am. So that u can finish your work before 4 pm. Though the staffs are good, it is frustrating to wait for so much long time .
Had a Bad experience from this post office branch and waited for more than 4 hours for post office bank atm request. When asked the staff regarding this, they have mentioned it will like this only you have to wait. Post office will lose the customers if it continues.
