Our patient was surjit singh was admit in r.s.gandhi helping hands hospital . When we admit our patient, the condition of our patient was very serious and unconsious. Our patient was on ventilator mode after few days the ventilator was removed . After that treacostomy was done then and ryles tube was also inserted because feed was given to the patient. After treatment, the patient was consious and able to speak. In this hospital the proper care was done by staff and doctors. Moreover the doctors and staff are very helpful and caring. We like the nature of all doctors and staff. We thankful to all of u.
