It was a nice experience. It is one of the best hospitals with a cooperative staff and doctors. Our first baby is delivered here and my full treatment was done by Dr. Harish Bassi who is very much professional in his work and he always guided us in a good and polite manner. The staff members are also very supportive and caring.
It's one of the top gynae in city hoshiarpur. Only thing is tv and room light not working. Rest all rooms are clean. They are always ready to help u out in a single call. Their canteen shuts at 2000 hrs. If u go with private room and c-sec it will cost u around 50K ruppees. 2500 per day charges. Their facilities for new born are available at 2nd Floor which are not available in any other hspital. Doctor Inder and doctor Dogra are best after delivery. Dey guide u in right way.
Have been visiting this hospital for many years now. Each time the experience has been great. Dr Harish Bassi who runs this hospital puts in a lot of hard work, is very intuitive while dealing with the hundreds of patients who visit him everyday. Ably assisted by his wife Dr Puja Bassi, this husband wife duo is rendering a great service in alleviating the pain and suffering of the people of this area. Dr Bassi makes sure the patients get the best treatment and care. The staff is professional and polite. The hospital has a modern and state of the art Operation Theatre. The office staff loses no time in processing the Health Insurance claims. I have had a seamless experience as I got my treatment by availing my health insurance. A highly recommended place !!
Availing their services since many years now. My kids were born here, my parents were treated here many times, my in law parents were treated here. My husband was operated here two times for different ailments; certainly this is my most trusted place whenever something goes wrong with us or with our immediate family we rush to RRM central hospital Hoshiarpur and it has never disappointed us . Give it one because of cleanliness. Rest is the worst as many private hospitals in india. Doctor befooled people, he is gynacologist, can't treat male infertility, thus it is woman who suffer from heavy dosage of estrogen. Never told any prescription prescription diet plan yoga. Money maker. As a doctor he has no humans values. My sister in law was giving birth to a baby boy. In the scan he saw Nadu around baby s neck in scan. He didn't suggest them cesarian and perform normal delivery. Result was a dead baby boy. Moreover have seen women with more pre pragmency and post pragmecy problems he never give them right solution.
The receptionist is very rude and kind of irritating with the patients not understanding the things and blaming us itself.. That's not the way to treat the patients while they came for treatment to you.
Very unprofessional and rude to their patients. Especially Dr. Bassi, doesn't even know how to deal with patients. Must impovise his work ethics. Only money minded . We are raise issue again their staff and bill , after dr bassi said don't come again he also know the critical condition of my 1 year baby . Dr bassi also don't know how to talk Very rude and unprofessional behaviour. Towards patient.only money minded dr.
Dr. Bassi is like God to me and my family... 1) my whole family like bua , sister, chacha .. they all blindly trust bassi because he is reason behind my happy family... My sister was wrongly treated in a hospital in Jalandhar and was in pain for almost 3 months back in 2011 and then I came to know about dr Bassi and then he treated her and cured her. Thanks to Dr sahab 2) my Chachi was roaming here and there even in the big hospitals like DMC which could not diagnose her problem then I send them to Dr Bassi and then she was properly treated by her as she was suffering from breast Cancer and cured rightly after that .. 3) each and every child in my family is born in this hospital and is healthy because of this hospital especially Dr bassi..
