My friend who has been a student here for over 5 years, introduced me to this amazing online yoga class. I love the immediate healthy results I feel right after the yoga session. While I'm drenched in sweat, I feel my body's detoxification. I feel energised, clam and stress free. Also, my joints feel so much better after all the yoga movements. He teaches variety of asanas regularly to activate all parts & joints of the body. Great instructor, literally working full time on teaching & practicing yoga. I am privileged to have such an amazing instructor at a very affordable price. Wonderful experience !
Ravi yoga center is the best yoga center for the beginners who want to learn about the yoga practices. He is an excellent instructor who gives individual attention to correct the postures . His virtual classes are just as good as his in person classes.Lastly, I love the immediate healthy results after joining this center . It was a great experience and highly recommendable yoga center !!
I joined here 6 months ago due to neck pain and lower back pain due to continuous exercises taught by Ravi sir now I am feeling very good and he is very supportive and teaching skills are excellent. He teaches us individually which we can't see in most yoga centres. It's recommended to join in RR yoga. Thank you so much sir for your support....!
I have joined the classes after seeing the google reviews. Ravi sir initially have listened to all of my health issues and is training me with those yoga asanas which would be suitable accordingly. I would strongly recommend joining here if you want to have relief from any health related problems or just want to be flexible enough.
I joined here 2 months back just for fitness and now I feel that yoga has helped me a lot in maintaining a healthy body. I have lost 8 kgs of weight that too in a very healthy manner. The ambiance of this place is too good and the trainer comes up with different variations of yoga posture that is very easy to do and is very much advantageous in the long run. The way this yoga centre helps us in developing a sound mind in a sound body is highly recommended to everyone! I am very much satisfied!!
RR Yoga center is the right choice for weight loss and total body strengthen.I choosen best YOGA classes what I desired. We started searching for weight loss physical activity and tried many centers like aerobics , cult classes and some yoga classes too. But my soul was not satisfied with their teaching. Always we believe that if you ready to learn new things you should bow at your MASTER otherwise you can't learn with perfection. This is what am feeling at RR Yoga. If you have interest to learn he will put his 100% efforts to make you learn with perfection. Two months back only I joined yoga classes at RR Yoga but I can see the changes in my body like strengthen. My hands and shoulders are very strengthen now. You believe it or not i lifted above 20kgs weight with my hands and walked 1km without stops. So I suggest RR Yoga is the best choice for your weight loss and body strengthen compare to all other centers.
Ravi Teja sir is the best yoga Master,he is very supportive,patience, the amount of knowledge that I have obtained at RR YOGA Spirit of life is life-changing. RaviTeja Sir is so enthusiastic and very energetic Yoga teacher. I'm glad I selected right place to learn yoga. He is teaching so many yoga postures which are very challenging and making every session unique which is the Best part here. In past I joined few other yoga centers near by. But none of them come even close to what Ravi sir teaching. His session includes both advanced yoga postures along with pranayam. After each session I feel completely refreshed & rejuvenated If anyone planning to join yoga this is The Best Yoga Center in kukatpally....
