After multiple confusions in choosing hotel online,I booked room in this hotel. It's near by railway station, frequent bus service and room was neat and clean.we asked for bus routes to a sister serving in dining hall.she clearly explained the routes.Many thanks yo her.Overall this hotel is must recommended for everyone. Our family (3 rooms) stayed for 2 nights recently. Loved the stay. Rooms/Bathroom/Room Service/Complimentary Breakfast/Food quality Excellent. Very courteous behaviour of entire staff. One of us left a small shoulder bag (containing cash/ID card) and we were informed in the next 10/15 mts. Requested to send the amount through GPay and other things through courier and they responded
promptly.

Worth the money spent. Decent location, staff are good, rooms are spacious and clean , bathrooms are tidy.. food s delicious but a bit delay to serve food. Close to Tirunelveli temple.
need to improve ambience. used to be very good interior. need to improve the experience properly. if i am coming to the restaurant it needs to have a proper handwash seperate. i should not be using the same toilet to wash hands too. very bad experience . the corners are not power washed. the walls and ceiling looks broken here and there. the wallpaper are damaged every where. not sure why it is like this now. used to be very good. need better management.
