The best Heritage I've ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. We can see High quality rooms, and high quality service. Also, they are one of few Heritage that allow people under 21 to book a reservation.Especially the Manager Venkatesh in RR HERITAGE really efficient, pleasant and helpful. I will suggest my friends and family members. Yes..... I like it very much

I have to say, I enjoyed every single bite of the meal in RR HERITAGE . I had a 3 course meal. Considering the quality, the price is reasonable. Ideal for those who want a romantic night out. There was also plenty of room for bigger groups.I want to appreciate the Manager Venkatesh who cares alott the customer.

Great central location I stayed at RR HERITAGE for a night, really enjoyed its location in the city centre where everything is within walking distance. The Manager Venkatesh was very helpful, breakfast really delicious, and the room nice. I appreciated the luggage room option as well.

RR HERITAGE SUITES is my absolute favorite suit rooms in Madurai . The rooms are always fantastic and no matter what I expext I am always delighted with my room...!!!! The manager Venkatesh is also great and always efficient, happy and polite. Can't wait to return and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to stay In MADURAI .

We stayed here for a day as we had to visist Madurai meenakshi amma temple. Thia place is 35 mins from Madurai airport. The rooms were really nice and spacious. We were a group of 10 people and we enjoyed our stay here. Its best for a large group of people. The temple is just 10 mins drive from the suite. For breakfast, lunch & dinner we had been to a nearby hotel. If you're a vegetarian you' ll definitely love it.Its just a 1 min walk from the suite. The cost of rooms are also affordable. The manager Venkatesh had been very helpful & guided us very well with respect to all aspects be it the food, travel , cab service from Airport. Overall 5/5

Writing this review so the others can evaluate better and might not have similar experience as me 1. Check in : was asked to pay upfront right after I saw the room, did that and later found out , there is no drinking water, no towels, no TV, no Wifi and hot water. Also, told to call staff in case the tank gets empty 2. Post check in : Issues as mentioned earlier. Found out the blanket was just for 1 Person in 2 rooms place. We were 4 and i had to get my own blanket/duvet. Trust me I went and buy it so we other 3 can sleep. No drinking water after follow ups as well. I would give this hotel or whatever this property is a 1 star rating for the location only. I would have given it 4 star if the price for 4 of us was < 1500, I would have had no expectations then. Please go for a dharamshala or lodge instead. You will not feel looted. I have given reviews to places earlier but only when it is painful or super amazing but never i have ever written down this much. So this is what the property motivated me to do. Hope this helps :)

I went RR Heritage that was sooooo goood . The properties in RR HERITAGE SO Nice. Well furnished rooms with wonderful hospitality we got it from the manager Venkatesh he was so courteous and eager to please!i will recommend to my friends and family members Was in Jaipur for a couple of days on a business visit and was fascinated by the grandeur of the Haveli, that has been converted into this hotel. Highly recommended.
